Fully matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon casks, this single cask release represents one of the highest tiers of aged Tasmanian whisky and is a signature style of the Hellyers Road Distillery bond stores. Distilled on Thursday 06th November 2003, this whisky was carefully matured from some of Hellyer Road's early casks and lay in wait until the perfect harmony between flavour and spirit emerged. Hand-picked by our head distiller, this cask is a true showcase of our provenance and commitment to crafting single malt whiskies with age and distinction.

Initially earmarked to be held by Hellyers Road as a testament to the quality of the American Oak cask program, further recognition of the quality of this whisky, is the fact it is released at a high cask strength. - Representing the highest balance between the flavour purity and intensity of spirit, this single malt delivers a powerful and complex whisky that is rich and palate-coated with an exceptional finish.
