Tasting Note -
The final smoky plumes of a fading forest fire peacefully surrender to a new day owned by the crisp, dewy freshness of damp forest ferns, lichen and fungi. Shavings of lemon and orange rind emerge on the palate in waves of citrus sweetness before subsiding to a silky smooth finish.
