Tasting Note –
Wafts of citrus, lemon and orange forge bravely through a smoky
haze. The palate is met by a wave of
vanilla icing from the premium American Oak and deft hints of treacle as orange
citrus notes lean towards a marmalade, malt and maple presence. A lingering
finish conjures cues of Tasmania’s fresh forests with layers of smoke and
subtle dustings of white pepper.
