The Hellyers Road Master Series represents the highest tier of Tasmanian whisky quality. This 12 year old release is a true Hellyers Road Peated expression in every sense. Like all other aged peated expressions from the Distillery, the peat is a hugely sophisticated but delicately interwoven smokey flavour profile, unlike many Scottish counterparts that favour sheer peat intensity. It has been carefully crafted using high-quality grain and some of the world’s purest drinking water to deliver a smooth but powerful flavour experience at our highest cask strength ever released.

Tasting Note - 

Hints of smouldering fern smokiness greets the nose with hints of Hellyers Road's unique signature citrus, and lemon and orange presenting through the meandering haze. The palate is further complimented by a citrus sweetness with overtones of malted biscuits. A lingering aftertaste conjures fresh forest regeneration with layers of smoke and pepper omnipresent.
