Fully matured in premium and fully imported aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez (Spain). Ushering dried citrus, noble woods, caramel, nutmeg and subtle sultana sweetness with orange zest and chocolate hints. With a minimum of 7 years in sherry cask this whisky mirrors the great sherry cask releases of Scotland. Mashed, fermented, aged and bottled on site.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE – A carousel of candied cherries duet with orange zest against a rum and raisin backbone.
PALATE – The palate exhibits an elegant, smooth oily sweetness driven by dried fruits, vanilla, Jaffa orange and cloves.
FINISH – A rich and decadent retreat jewelled with dark chocolate and berry sweetness offer unforgettable length.
