From darkness comes the light, chocolatey notes of ‘Harmony', a tryst between 17 year old single grain whisky and 2016 single malt finished in Stout casks.
In our barrels, Communion Brewing Co. aged Sovereign Stout. Returned to us, they hosted a curious marriage: our expressive 2016 Single Malt harmonised with our Single Grain whisky, which had matured in darkness for 17 years. A strangely perfect ensemble was born.
