In 1957, in remote North West Tasmania, on the edge of the Tarkine wilderness, a few farmers formed a dairy cooperative. In 1997, they built Australia’s oldest operating whisky distillery, Hellyers Road. Drawing on that heritage, we combined Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky with the freshest local cream to produce Hellyers Road Whisky Cream.
The luscious Salted Caramel release is velvety smooth, with our whisky imparting an unrivalled flavour and a sprinkle of local sea salt to perfect the recipe.
