Hellyers Road Distillery are proud to release 21 YO Single Cask Single Malt Whisky Cask #2283.01! This special release is a milestone for Hellyers Road Distillery and a testament to the calibre of Australian whisky.
Cask #2283.01 was filled on October 10, 2002 and decanted October 10, 2023. Matured to perfection in a first-fill ex-Jack Daniel’s Bourbon barrel for 21 years and 5 days, this cask yielded 203 glorious bottles at natural cask strength of 55.9% ABV. This single malt whisky is remarkably bright and vibrant, and showcases an incredible complexity that only careful, extended maturation in cask can create.

Adding to its individuality and intrigue, each presentation box has a secret locking mechanism to safeguard and showcase this treasured release.
