Celebrating the peninsula that is the ancestral home of the great fortified wines, this deeply complex whisky is a marriage of whiskies fully matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and 50+ year old Australian port casks. The Iberian influence weaves warmth and sweetness into each sip, bridging old-world traditions with our distillery’s distinctive signature flavours by infusing notes of sultanas, stewed fruits, spice, and subtle orange zest florals.

Nose - Fresh brioche with stewed fruits, orange, cocoa, Jaffa cake and date.

Palate - Rich, dark chocolate, treacle and spice with tangy mandarin and a sweet and lasting Christmas cake finish.

Finish - A textural, vibrant finish with lingering notes of spicy blackcurrant and restrained wood influences.

    A cracker if a drop

    This whiskey is a great drop, and as an every day tipple is very enjoyable. It's finish is soft and long. The palet is light, with hints of apple, honey, cut grass. This whiskey delivers on taste and on the nose for its price point. Would I purchase again -YES! Recommended drop.
