200ml 10 Year Old Oloroso de Jerez
This sherry cask single malt was matured for 10 years in traditional 250 litre Oloroso casks from Jerez (Spain) and represents the oldest fully matured sherry cask whisky known to be released by any Australian distillery to date and continues Hellyers Road’s legacy of producing sherry cask whiskies of incredible distinction and quality.
Both the pleated and oloroso are fantastic. Smooth, delicate flavour and taste.

Tasmania is the new Scottish Highlands
Oloroso would have to be the smoothest young age single malt ever tasted. Peated contrasts for the fun. Examples of what of what the 19 yr versions could only but expand upon.
