Sourcing where possible the freshest of ingredients native to our farmland, we present a selection of our house made gourmet accompaniments that are the true taste of Tasmania. With over 60 years of dairy farming experience, we know what it takes to make the freshest and most flavoursome fudge. Our secret lies in using our very own single malt whisky and our famous fresh cream liqueurs. Known nationwide for their unrivalled flavours, these form the perfect base for our fabulous fudges. While we didn't invent fudge - we think we've perfected it!
