This Tasmanian Single Malt has taken on near-mythical status around the distillery. From the moment Head Distiller Fiona Coutts tasted this precious nectar and had that “a-ha” moment, the whisky was set aside as Single Cask quality, bottled, and word spread quickly through the distillery. Our excitement was impossible to hide: it featured in the line-up at the launch of our American Oak 22 Year Old, and even made a cheeky trip to Hong Kong, where it delighted local bar owners and imbibing whisky buffs.
