This sherry cask single malt was matured for 10 years in traditional 250 litre Oloroso casks from Jerez (Spain) and represents the oldest fully matured sherry cask whisky known to be released by any Australian distillery to date and continues Hellyers Road’s legacy of producing sherry cask whiskies of incredible distinction and quality.

Nose - Toffee, treacle, orange zest, brioche
and clove.
Palate - Palate coating with rich caramel, honey, subtle chocolate and stewed fruits
Finish - Incredibly smooth and elegant with morish sweet notes.
Smooth with a sweet finish from time in the Oloroso cask. I had better order my next bottle as the first won’t last long…

Plum pudding in a glass
This great drop is smooth and has that christmas plum pudding taste , it has hints of orange and dark chocolate and a smooth after taste of white pepper
