Nose - Green leaf and honeyed black tea with a hint of orange blossom
Palate - Marmalade and seared winter berries
Finish - Smooth, long with lingering hints of nutmeg
This is an outstanding Single Malt , one of the best I’ve tasted in years .
We opened a bottle of the journeyman tonight and it was definitely the best whiskey of the night. Loved the subtle taste sensations, nothing overpowering but compelling enough to have a second glass. I highly recommend to everyone 🥃♥️

A lighter fresher style than many of the highly worked fruit cake Tasmanian whiskys. It has the distinctive Hellyer character that some say is polarising but I love. You can expect a polar influence when the next stop south is Antarctica. Worth going to the edge of the world for!
