Timed with the launch of the fifth edition of our cult single malt, Dark Harmony (a collaboration with local heroes Communion Brewing), we're offering a behind-the-scenes tasting of the Dark Harmony and its B-sides.

These are the casks Communion used to age their beers, not included in the official releases, but left to mature in the Hellyers Road Bond Store. Available exclusively at the Hellyers Road Cellar Door this Off Season: two Dark Harmonies, and two B-sides direct from cask.

Note: The B-Sides experience will not be available August 6-10, when we are at Tas Whisky Week.
