A luxury whisky weekend for two in
North West Tasmania
Day One: Pick-up at Launceston Airport and the first of two night’s stay at The Cove, award-winning accommodation, perched above the cliffs of Lillico Beach.
Day Two: An exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery and bond store, including tasting from some of Australia’s oldest casks and joining Head Distiller Fiona Coutts in evaluating recent samples. Lunch at the distillery, followed by a guided tasting of Hellyers Road single malts with aged whiskies up to 22 Years Old, and bottling your own bottle, direct from cask.
Day Three: Pick-up from The Cove and drop off at Launceston airport (with your whisky!).
All meals provided.

- Entries start on November 28, 2025 and finish on January 31, 2026
- By signing up to this competiton, you agree to receive promotional emails from Hellyers Road Distillery and Porters Liquor
- Entries strictly for individuals over 18 years old
- One entry per bottle/pack purchased
- Porters receipt to be noted in the competition entry above
- Competition winner will be contacted by Hellyers Road Distillery on February 2, 2026
- Prize can be claimed until November 30, 2026
- Two weeks notice is needed for Hellyers Road to arrange the prize
- Travel is in/out of Sydney/Launceston
