This exquisite release marks a triumphant return to our single malt portfolio, bottled at 46.2% ABV and adorned with a prestigious Gold Medal from the esteemed 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Our commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of this expression, from the selection of first-fill American Oak ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill to the infusion of premium peated malted barley sourced directly from Inverness.

    Proud to be drinking a great Australian single malt.

    The 7 year old Peated Single Malt Whisky from Hellyers Road distillery is a true pleasure to partake of. My previous experience with peated whisky was with the well know Scottish whisky, Talisker, which for my palate is far too peaty. Where as Hellyers Road's 7 Year Old Peat Single Malt Whiskey has the perfect amount of peat. The smooth start over the front of the tongue is balanced so well with the peat coming out over the back of the tongue making for a most enjoyable single malt drinking experience. The fact that it comes from that fantastic part of our great country, Tasmania, makes the whole experience even more pleasurable and proud to know it is home grown. Well done Hellyers Road Distillery.
