Since the early days of the distillery, around 2004, we have been working with Scottish peated malt. We are now supplied by Baird's of Inverness in Scotland and continue to work with Scottish peated malt to continue our 22 year history of crafting Australia’s oldest richly peated single malt whiskies.

A 100% heavily peated mash bill. Heavily peated malt phenols typically between 45 and 55 ppm. Aged in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks from Heaven Hill.

Intense and smoky in a distinctly Tasmanian way.
